General
Do you give estimates in writing?
Yes, every job. Scope, materials and price on paper before anything starts.
Which areas do you cover?
Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. If you are a little further out, ask; we will tell you straight away.
Can I stay in the house during the work?
Usually, yes. We protect floors and furniture, clean up daily, and sequence the work so you keep a working kitchen or bathroom as long as agreed.
Who will be on site?
The person who quoted the job. No hand-offs, no call centre.
How do I get started?
Use the estimate form on the contact page, or ask Patch, the site assistant. We call to set a walk-through.
Interior & exterior painting
How long does an interior repaint take?
It depends on room count, repairs and drying time. You get a schedule in the written estimate.
Which paints do you use?
We talk through brands and finishes at the walk-through and put the exact products in the estimate.
Do you paint exteriors year-round?
Colorado weather decides. Exterior work has a season; we schedule around it.
Kitchen remodeling
Do you handle permits?
Permit needs depend on the scope. We tell you at the walk-through what the job requires and who files it.
Can we stay in the house during the remodel?
Usually, yes, with a temporary kitchen area. We discuss it at the walk-through.
What does a kitchen remodel cost?
It depends on what stays and what changes. You get a written estimate after a walk-through, no obligation.
Bathroom remodeling
How long is a bathroom out of use?
A refresh is days; a full redo is weeks. The written estimate carries the schedule.
Can you work around one bathroom in the house?
Yes. We sequence the work so you are never without a working bathroom longer than agreed.
General renovation & restoration
Do you do structural or exterior work?
We tell you at the walk-through what we take on ourselves and where another trade is needed.
Can you match existing trim and finishes?
Matching is normal in older homes. We discuss what is possible at the walk-through.
Repairs & small jobs
Is there a minimum job size?
Send the list; we will tell you straight away whether it is a job for us and what a visit involves.
Can you estimate from photos?
For small repairs, often yes. Send photos through the estimate form.
